Shipping & Returns
We always hope you love your bikini, but sometimes things happen, so we’re here to help. Please see the information below, and if you have any other questions please DM us at @kdswimwear or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept returns as long as your item is returned to us in its original state and packaging and unworn within 28 days of purchase. You can find your returns form inside with your order.
We cannot offer refunds for the following:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.
To return your product, you should complete the returns form and send back to the address provided if you have any concerns please use the contact form on our contact page or by emailing: email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item if you provided a email with your order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get this sorted for you right away.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only exchange items for a item or items totalling the same value. If you are exchanging for items of a different value you will need to return your order and place a new order.
We have a number of shipping options available and these will be shown at checkout.
We endeavor to ship all orders on the same day if received before 2:30pm Monday- Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next working day.
